Brick book. This publication on the Grundtvig Church in Copenhagen is dimensioned to the common Danish brick, the material that determined the design of the building and all of its details. Contents include plans and sections reprinted at scale, a construction history, essays, and my correspondence with a mason, an architect, and the author of the book on the building’s architect. 2024
Flat. This project makes the gesture of graphic design without its accompanying message. I photograph objects in my apartment, print them 1:1, front and back, fold them up, and send them away in envelopes dimensioned to the “flat” category of the US mail. I recombine the parts, make new compositions, and print them on postcards, the smallest unit you can send through the mail. 2025

Adventurous Typography. 1:1 facsimiles of select pages from 11 books with adventurous typography (design by others: recto); original writing paired with El Lissitzky’s (verso). 2023
A compendium of my work in 3 repositionable parts – represented in pictures, writing, and adjacent influences – with an index printed on the back of each part. The index is a list, and a list is a durable form. It suggests a greater whole, or points in a new direction. 2024
The Use of Grey. A book on the use of contrast in representation—lines, shading, shadow; grisaille, paint grey, the copy’s copy. Original writing, design. All the images are taken from books in the RISD library. 2024
